Miss Jessie's: I'm in Curly Girl Heaven!!!!

Winter recently decided to tease us and peep out its ugly little head for a spell last week here in NYC. So  in addition to the hard water problem in my building, my curls we're NOT happy. Plus, it was wayyyyy too cold to go out with a wash and go. I knew I needed something new because my usual regimen (which I had FINALLY gotten down to a science--grrr) was no longer working.
I went to Ricky's NYC, who now carries Miss Jessie's Products in SMALL sizes! And there were testers in the store along with a brochure to help decide which products were right for your particular grade of curl. I was so happy because I always wanted to try them but they were
  1. VERY expensive for my broke college student budget especially if:
  2. The were only attainable to me through the internet. I'm not going to spend $30+ on a product I can't try out first.
I ended up getting the 2 oz. sizes of the Baby Buttercream and the Curly Meringue for $7.99 each. I got the Baby Buttercream as opposed to the regular Buttercream because I like the smell better. and the Meringue because I like a soft/fluffy  hold as opposed a stiff hold.

BABY BUTTERCREAM:
  • Smells great!
  • Keeps my hair extremely moisturized, especially when sealed with Wild Growth Hair Oil
  • Softest Hair I've Had in MONTHS!!!
CURLY MERINGUE
  • Allows me to keep the look of a wash and go style after the look has dried
  • Does not leave hair stiff
  • Good for straw/flexirod sets/twistouts
  • Don't Really like the smell
Overall I was pleased, and want to try more Miss Jessie's Products/Visit they're salon in Brooklyn :)

Any Suggestions on other Miss Jessie's Products to Try?
